Food Stuff began in 2003, when Mark and Louise Holland, originally from the UK, setup their own business here in Sydney. Food Stuff began as a fine food store which also included a cooking school then shortly after opening they began to provide catering on the Northern Beaches and beyond. The catering side of the business has grown considerably and today they specialise in paella catering throughout Sydney and NSW.

We are blessed with an amazing climate here in Sydney that just lends itself perfectly to having parties and party catering on the Northern Beaches and Sydney beaches in general. We are based in Mona Vale, Northern Beaches and in addition to paella catering, which we can prepare for any function, we also offer grazing tables, finger food (canapes/ tapas) for your party or event. As well as the paellas and finger food, we also offer a wide range of other styles of catering including cocktail only style events, suckling pig roast which is suitable for up to 20 people, Indian, Lebanese and Moroccan plus much more. This is suitable for any celebration such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and farewells – in fact, we can cater for any occasion you desire.

In addition to offering a wide range of catering options in Sydney and beyond we also have a selection of cooking classes that can be conducted in private or as a corporate event. This can be held in your own home or your place of business and is a great way to learn some new skills and techniques from Mark, who has a wide experience in the catering industry. The classes are fun and interactive so you will take away a great deal of knowledge that you will be able to use in your everyday life and pass on to others.

Of course, you may already have experience in the catering industry and just looking to add a few new skills to your repertoire, if this is the case Mark also offers his expertise on an hourly consultancy basis. He has a wide knowledge that spans across many different cuisines so is an excellent coach. He has worked with some leading celebrity chefs including Antonio Carluccio, Rick Stein and Neil Perry, to name just a few.

Mark and Louise have a great passion for everything that they do and this certainly comes across in their work.
